COVID-19 Clinic Checklist
The health and well-being of our employees and clients is a priority.
To help minimise the risk, and in the consideration of others, if you believe you might have been exposed to COVID-19 in any way during the last 14 days, we ask that you do not enter the premises until you have been symptom-free for a further 14 days. If you are experiencing a fever, cough, flu-like symptoms, shortness of breath or lack of taste or smell, please seek immediate medical advice, be tested and self-isolate.
- We have performed a COVID-19 Risk Assessment and have Policies and Procedures to follow, and we will wear the appropriate PPE
- Whilst you are with us, you must wear a mask in reception and for all non-face treatments
- We will see 1 client at a time in the reception and where possible, please maintain 2 metre Social Distancing
- Please arrive on time for your treatment, and not early, as we are allowing ½ hour between each client to disinfect and air the treatment rooms. Our Fire Exit Door will be constantly left open to dilute and maintain airflow
- Please arrive unaccompanied and with minimum possessions
- On arrival, we will take your temperature, sanitise your hands and ask questions concerning COVID-19
- We would appreciate you not touching the products and avoid touching your face, particularly, your eyes, nose and mouth
- Please notify us before via phone/email if you would like to top up on homecare and we will have this ready for your collection
- We’ll ask you to perform a 20-second hand wash both before and after your treatment, and we’ll also wipe your phone
- We are encouraging clients not to use the loo
- We recommend you re-plan your next treatment as you are leaving or use our online booking system
- We are a cashless and cardless clinic and we accept online payment only
- After your treatment, we recommend you travel directly home and once safely inside, please wash your hands
- You must notify us if you develop COVID-19 symptoms up to 14 days after your treatment
